1. How do I know which display is right for me?

If you do not have the creative capabilities or resources to create your own exhibit graphics, then you can certainly count on us to create eye-catching graphics to make your exhibit stand out. If you provide your own creative artwork, just upload it by clicking the file upload button at the top of every page.

  4. What do I need to include when sending a graphic file to GraphiColor Exhibits?

A: GraphiColor can accept files in EPS, TIFF and PDF formats or files from: Quark, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Freehand, and In Design. Please call us if you've set your file up in another application. Please include all linked files and fonts used in your documents, outline fonts whenever possible. 5. What determines the photo scanning resolution requirement?

A:The percent of enlargement at the final printed size. Raster images included in your file should be 75 - 150 ppi (pixels per inch) at full printing size (if your file is at 1/2 size the ppi must be doubled; at 1/3 size, tripled). Image resolutions may be lower depending on viewing distance. Contact us for more information.

  6. What do I need to do to ensure that the printed colors are correct?

    A:
GraphiColor utilizes a custom color-management workflow, to optimize the quality and color on all of our output devices and print medias.

Color issues to consider: Raster files (e.g., PhotoShop) can, by using CMYK or RGB, support a wider range of color, so no conversion is necessary. Line art and fonts (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Freehand programs) should be specified as spot colors, preferably Pantone Coated. However, when using color blending or gradation techniques, convert all spot colors to CMYK before saving.

When working with more than one program, (e.g., Illustrator and Quark), make sure all files are using the same color library and that all values and names of spot colors are the same. Pantone colors from different color libraries can print differently.

  7. What is GraphiColor Exhibits payment policy?

A: Credit terms are net 30 days. First time orders require C.O.D. Large orders, and orders for any display products require a down payment. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

  8. Does GraphiColor Exhibits have a privacy statement?

A: There are instances where we request personally identifiable information to provide the web site visitor a service or correspondence. This information, such as name, mailing address, email address, type of request and possibly additional information, is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data and is used to fulfill your request.
