Our goal is to take what you’ve given us and make sure it looks great – even awesome! We’ve put together some guidelines to help us achieve the optimum printing quality in the most efficient way possible:

Preferred file types for digital printing on most substrates:
Photoshop - Layered PSD or Flat TIFF file (100ppi at full size)
InDesign - Document / Fonts / Links – OR - export a high-res PDF file
Illustrator - Document / Fonts / Links– OR - export a high-res PDF file

Please contact our print production department if your file has been created or imported into any other programs.

For digital printing on fabric:
Please provide the original Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator file. (Do not export a PDF)

Help us manage your color!
Create your CMYK raster art using the USwebCoatedSWOP icc profile, or AdobeRGB for RGB. Embed these profiles where/whenever possible. If someone else created the file you are submitting, be sure that the profiles used are embedded.

Please keep in mind that every software program, color monitor, printing device and substrate will display the same color somewhat differently. Our monitors and printers are continually calibrated to match your specified colors.

If you have critical match colors:

Provide Pantone colors to refer to Supply color swatches or printed examples of any other color we need to match. Make sure the areas in your files that are critical match are editable (i.e.: vector art or an isolated editable layer in Photoshop).
